Flashvars

This example shows how to skip the common playlist xml configuration by feeding directly parameters through flashvars. It comes handy if you just have one media and do not care about metadata and detailed analytics.

Avoid using the playlist xml with direct parameters, the player itself will first look for the playlist and then for direct variables.
